ORDERING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We transmit your credit card information securely and do not store it.

Clothing, Beauty and Accessories

All of our clothing , beauty products, and accessories usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed, unless the item is on pre-order or backorder status. If the item is on either of these statuses, it will be noted on the listing. 

If you are ordering our custom-sized clothing, orders will be shipped in in 2 to 3 weeks of being placed. Your order status will be emailed to you before your item is shipped.

Fittings and measurements

Please submit your measurements on the Measurements page. If you need additional assistance in taking your measurements, we offer a FaceTime or Skype option to guide you through the option. Please note your desire for a measurement session through the Measurements page, as well.

SHIPPING

When should I expect my order?
Order preparation for standard shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on which items are ordered and if they are on pre-order or backorder (this will be noted in the product description). You will receive your tee in 7 to 12 business days. For international orders, please contact us

During holidays or times of high demand, orders can take up to 10 - 15 business days to arrive.

How do you ship?
We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. We do not offer tracking for international shipping. You will receive your shipping confirmation once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the number of items purchased and starts at $4.95 for 1 item. Each additional item is $1 more; however, there is free shipping on all orders over $75. Shipping to Canada is $7.95 and International shipping is $9.95 for the first item. Each additional item is $1. Please contact us for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Since customized items are based on your measurements and are made-to-order, they are final sale, unless there is a quality control issue.

For all other items, we accept returns of unworn merchandise up to 30 days after purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us so that we may process your return. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same product. Please contact us at hello@lybe.co, if you have additional questions. 

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can modify or cancel your within 24 hours after placing it. Once 24 hours have passed, you cannot cancel or change your order, as it will have gone into production. Please contact us at hello@lybe.co for any questions regarding your order.
